Testimonials
This book provides a valuable blow-by-blow account of how a wrongful conviction occurs and how, if he or she is very lucky, the wrongfully convicted person may get exonerated. By telling Ken Wyniemko's story in clear and unvarnished language, Ken and his co-author, Bob Henige, have made an important contribution to the growing literature of books documenting wrongful convictions and their aftermath.

Ken’s poignant story, so graphically illustrated in this book, sends the message that we cannot assume our criminal justice system delivers justice. It only provides the opportunity for justice. The price of that opportunity is constant vigilance and the willingness to pursue the ideals upon which our legal system is based. That is what Ken is doing with this book and his life.

We are proud at the Googasian Firm to have represented Kenny in the civil aspect of this tragic and avoidable case of justice gone wrong. The book, Deliberate Injustice - The Wrongful Conviction of Ken Wyniemko, is an accurate history of this injustice and Ken’s ultimate triumph. It is a must read for those interested in the justice system in America.

Here author Bob Henige tells the story of a man sent to prison for a crime he did not commit. What sets this fine book apart is not only how Ken Wyniemko gained his freedom, but how he then struggled to help others, also wrongly convicted, to regain justice and their freedom. A moving narrative, skillfully told, of what was indeed "Deliberate Injustice." An important book. A must read.

Bob, I can't tell you how impressed I am with your new book, Deliberate Injustice – The Wrongful Conviction of Ken Wyniemko. Your attention to detail, documentation, and presentation is 2nd to none. You are light years ahead of where most writers would be at this stage of their literary career. The work you put into this manuscript is truly remarkable. I hope you are making progress in getting the exposure this work deserves. I am very proud of you!

I have read the book and was blown away to be honest. This is a true story of how our justice system miserably failed a fellow American right here in Michigan and not too long ago. Incredible what people must endure while in prison and how they are even able make it out in one piece. The resilience demonstrated by Ken is nothing short of inspiring.

My heart was pounding almost the whole time I read this book. I've noticed that people suffer for changes to be made and Ken surely did. Ken's story makes you wonder how many others were railroaded by those same cops, not to mention of course the whole point of the book, that there ARE others everywhere who are innocent. This book is a great account of the story of one. The cover art is amazing!!! I kept staring at it! Bob, continued good luck and success and peace sent out to you, your family and Ken.
